Daniel joined Woodcocks in 2009, qualified as a solicitor in 2011 and became one of the firm’s youngest ever Associates in 2014.
He heads up the commercial property dispute resolution department, acting for a broad range of clients from small tenant businesses to international landlords and investors. Daniel deals exclusively with commercial landlord and tenant disputes which has enabled him to build up both his expertise in this area and a significant following.
Daniel has amassed a wealth of experience dealing with all types of landlord and tenant disputes including dilapidations, possessions, insolvency related disputes, arrears recovery and lease renewals. When a landlord and tenant fall out, that is when Daniel steps in.
Daniel also has significant experience dealing with the collection of ground rent and service charge arrears for landlords and managing agents of residential long leasehold properties.
Daniel lives by the philosophy of ‘work hard, play hard’ and on the rare occasion when he is not in the office, Daniel is an avid Manchester United supporter and keen poker player, having previously made it through to national finals.
