Nick Bennetts

Nick joined WHN in March 2024. He began his career dealing with auction properties before gaining further experience in residential property law at various law firms in the North West, most recently AMT Lawyers, Blackburn.

He studied law at the University of Chester and graduated in 2016 with a 2:1 LLB Law Degree and completed his Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law in Manchester.

Based at our Blackburn office, Nick advises and supports clients on a wide variety of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, as well as transfers of equity from inception to completion.
