Daniel joined Woodcocks in 2009, qualified as a solicitor in 2011, and became one of the firm’s youngest ever Partners in 2015.
Daniel heads up the commercial property dispute resolution department, acting for a broad range of clients from small tenant businesses to international landlords and investors. Daniel deals predominantly with commercial landlord and tenant disputes which has enabled him to build up both his expertise in this area and a significant following.
Daniel has amassed a wealth of experience dealing with all types of landlord and tenant disputes including dilapidations, possessions, insolvency related disputes, arrears recovery and lease renewals. When a landlord and tenant fall out, that is when Daniel steps in.
Daniel also heads up the firm’s housing department and has significant experience dealing with residential long leasehold disputes including the collection of ground rent and service charge arrears for landlords and managing agents.
Outside of the office, Daniel enjoys football, golf and travelling.
