Melissa is an experienced solicitor and brings to the firm a wealth of knowledge of both residential conveyancing work, and of the Ribble Valley as a region.

She began her career in law and qualified as a solicitor in a local practice before joining Woodcocks Haworth and Nuttall Solicitors in September 2021.

As part of WHN’s residential property team, she assists our clients in the purchasing and selling of residential properties, as well as with re-mortgages, transfers of equity and any related residential property matters.
