Stephen joined Woodcocks Haworth and Nuttall Solicitors as a trainee solicitor in 1997 and became a partner in 2006. He also leads the firm’s wills, trusts and probate team.
Stephen specialises in estate and tax planning, will preparation, Court of Protection work and estate administration.
He is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) – the leading worldwide professional body of practitioners in the field of trusts, estates and related issues – and is also a member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE). This ensures he is able to offer expert advice to older clients on all areas, including advising on the funding of long-term care.
