Emma Davies

Emma joined WHN Solicitors in 2022, having previously worked at FMGS Law in its Samlesbury office. Prior to that she was a legal assistant with the Church of England, as well as working in various roles in the volunteer sector including with the Citizens Advice Bureau as a senior case handler and Cancer Care.

Supporting the private client team in our Great Harwood office, Emma works across all areas of our private client services, specialising in wills, probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney and lifetime planning.

Emma is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX). As part of her important role supporting our more senior clients, Emma is in the process of joining the National Institute of Paralegals and Solicitors for the Elderly.
