Mark Taylor

Mark joined Woodcocks Haworth and Nuttall Solicitors in 1989 and qualified as a solicitor in 1992.

He works from the firm’s Bury office as the senior member of the family and Legal Aid team, dealing with all aspects of family law on both a private and Legal Aid basis.

Mark has decades of experience in advising both married couples and cohabitees on divorce proceedings and financial disputes.

As a member of The Law Society’s Children Panel and an accredited Children Act solicitor, Mark is recognised as a specialist in this area of law and is able to represent both parents and children in residence and contact cases, as well as in care proceedings where Social Services are involved.

Mark also regularly helps victims of domestic abuse obtain non-molestation injunction orders.
