Hasin Tariq Amin

Hasin joined WHN Solicitors in June 2026 following an 11-year career in law across the North, including associate at DWF.

He specialises in commercial property dispute resolution and has been recommended in the renowned Legal 500 guide to the UK’s best lawyers and firms and other lists as an ‘emerging talent’ and ‘rising star in law’ for commercial real estate litigation.

Hasin advises businesses of all sizes on the renewal and termination of business tenancies, break notices, forfeiture, breaches of commercial leases and dilapidations. He has supported clients on a range of high-value litigation matters, including defending a tenant on a relief from forfeiture claim in a five-day multi-track trial.
