Zahra joined WHN in April 2024, having previously worked as a family law solicitor at Laker Legal Solicitors in Lancaster.
Based at our Clitheroe office, she manages a varied case load dealing with divorce and finances, private children law, court orders made under Section 8 of the Children Act 1989, non-molestation orders and occupation orders.
Zahra also advises client in relation to cohabitee matters, including Claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 cohabitation agreements and separation agreements.
Zahra studied Law with Criminology at Lancaster University, and completed her Legal Practice Course (LPC) at University of Law, Manchester.
