Victoria O’Connor

Victoria joined Woodcocks Haworth and Nuttall Solicitors in October 2023, having previously worked as a paralegal for around seven years at another North West law firm.

Victoria graduated from the Manchester Metropolitan University with a First Class Honours degree in Criminology.

Victoria specialises in debt recovery matters and works with a broad range of clients including landlords, management companies, SME and owner-managed businesses, professional service firms and large corporates. She has experience assisting clients with the recovery of outstanding debts and supporting them through the dispute resolution process.

Alongside her debt recovery work, Victoria has developed experience in commercial disputes and long leasehold matters, acting on behalf of landlords and management companies. Through her day-to-day work, she continues to expand her knowledge of litigation and dispute resolution while building legal and practical skills.
