Lauren Moffat

Lauren holds a First-Class Honours Degree in Law (LLB) from the University of Manchester and completed her Legal Practice Course (LPC) and Masters in Law in Professional Legal Practice (LLM) with distinction at the University of Law. She joined WHN Solicitors in July 2024, following the completion of her LLM.

Lauren is part of our Civil Litigation Team, and advises both individuals and businesses on a broad range of civil disputes, including personal injury claims, contractual disputes, debt recovery matters, and landlord and tenant issues. She works closely with clients to understand their objectives and provide practical, tailored advice to help them navigate what can often be complex and challenging situations.

Day to day, Lauren guides clients through all stages of the dispute resolution process, from providing initial advice to drafting pleadings, witness statements and correspondence, and assisting with court proceedings and settlement negotiations. Her day-to-day work involves managing cases from inception to conclusion, ensuring clients are kept informed throughout and supported in achieving the best possible outcome.

She understands that legal proceedings can be stressful and is committed to providing clear, pragmatic advice that helps clients resolve matters with confidence.
