Jennifer Prysiaznyj director

Woodcocks Haworth and Nuttall (WHN) Solicitors has promoted its head of residential conveyancing, Jennifer Prysiaznyj, to director.

Jennifer, who joined the firm in 2018, leads WHN’s residential conveyancing team, which has 20 staff and advises clients across England and Wales.

As part of her new role, she will help shape the conveyancing department’s strategic growth plan, while spearheading projects to enhance the firm’s service delivery.

Michael Shroot, CEO, WHN Solicitors said: “Conveyancing is an evolving area of law. We want to retain our core principles of giving a tailored, personal service to every client so they receive the very best help possible, while embracing latest technology to make the client conveyancing process as smooth and fast as possible.

“Jennifer has led our residential conveyancing team for the past three years and over this period, she has introduced a range of new systems which have improved our service for clients by reducing risk and streamlining the conveyancing process.

“Her promotion will allow her to continue to realise her ambition and ideas to advance our client service while developing and mentoring our residential conveyancing team to be the very best it can.”

Jennifer first qualified as a solicitor in 2005. Before joining WHN, she spent ten years as director of a local law firm where she developed a team of 10 conveyancing specialists. She is based at WHN’s Blackburn office.

She said: “Working in residential conveyancing means I get to help people through the process of buying a new home and seeing the joy that comes from that.

“However, I’m also passionate about helping people progress within our organisation. WHN has continually given me opportunities throughout my career and this promotion is testament to that. In turn, I want to use my knowledge and experience to help other members of staff grow and achieve their career ambitions with the firm.”

WHN Solicitors has eight offices across Lancashire and Greater Manchester. The firm employs around 110 staff and advises businesses, individuals and families across the North on a full range of legal matters.
