The team at WHN were extremely helpful with their help in organising a Management buy out of my company .
Paul Matthews was extremely supportive and helpful with the whole process in drawing up the contract for the MBO from start to finish.
I was in the USA during the whole process so there was a time difference of 5 hours, even with this Paul responded to my questions regarding the contract be it 9am in the morning or 9pm at night .
I found his attention to detail most exceptional .
I have since had to contact him again in regard to the MBO and once again found him to be extremely helpful.
