Charlie joined WHN in November 2025 from another North West law firm as a paralegal in our corporate and commercial team.
He has a degree in Law from Lancaster University and is currently studying his Master of Laws (LLM) in Legal Practice (LPC) at Liverpool John Moores University. Charlie’s role involves supporting the corporate and commercial team with a wide range of matters, including drafting contracts, reviewing legal, transactional and governance documents as well as assisting with statutory compliance.
