Winston joined WHN solicitors in May 2025 and brings around 17 years’ experience in the legal professional at firms across the UK.
Born in London, he studied Law at the University of East Anglia and also studied at the College of Law, London, before working at a number of South East firms until he relocated to Manchester in 2021.
He worked at Stephensons Solicitors before taking a career break in 2022 to focus on personal interests including raising a young family and family property businesses.
Winston specialises in resolving a wide range of disputes for SME and owner-managed businesses as well as professional services providers, sole traders and large corporates. This includes commercial and civil litigation, property dispute resolution, landlord and tenant issues and professional negligence.
