Harry joined WHN’s corporate and commercial law team in October 2023 and qualified as a Solicitor in October 2025. He has a Masters with Distinction in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Law (Chester).

As a Solicitor, Harry provides advice to clients over a wide range of corporate disciplines including company disposals and acquisitions, incorporations, strike-offs and reorganisations. He also assists on commercial contract and corporate property work.
