She heads up WHN’s family team at the firm’s Bury office and specialises in family law. Katharine’s expertise includes representing children and adults in public law children act proceedings and international child abduction cases.
Katharine is one of only a small number of solicitors to hold the Higher Rights of Audience qualification, enabling her to appear before the High Court.
Katharine is also a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel and holds a Resolution Accredited Specialism in Private Law Children, Domestic Abuse and International Child Abduction. She has been instructed in several applications brought under The Hague Convention and had several children returned to their place of habitual residence.
When she’s not delivering expert advice to clients, you’ll find Katharine baking and going to the gym.
