June joined WHN in 2017 as a solicitor in our Bacup office’s private client department.
She qualified as a solicitor in 2013 and is a member of the Law Society. June joined the profession as a legal secretary in 2004 in residential and commercial conveyancing, and was promoted to paralegal before commencing her training contract in 2011.
June’s main areas of expertise are residential conveyancing, wills and probate.
She spends her days helping clients in the sale and purchase of homes and land, whether that be through freehold/leasehold purchase/sale, auction property, Help to Buy or Right to Buy. She also advises on equity release mortgages, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and matrimonial conveyancing following on from a legal separation or divorce. June also advises on wills, lasting powers of attorney and the steps to obtaining a grant of probate following a death in the family.
Outside of the office, June enjoys spending time with her husband and son, socialising with friends and family, as well as other activities such as swimming, walking, and reading.
