Gary began his legal career in Bury and joined the firm in 2005 before becoming a partner in 2012.
He is an expert in commercial property work, dealing with land acquisition, redevelopment and subsequent sale, while he regularly negotiates and completes business leases for both landlords and tenants.
Gary has developed strong connections within the ground rent sector for the acquisition and disposal of ground rent portfolios. He also specialises in acquisitions and leases involving pension schemes and charities, and for individuals and business acquiring property or financing property redevelopment via bridging finance.
Gary also acts on bespoke property matters for companies providing care services, as well as advising on associated commercial agreements and lease rental issues.
